• ✔ All items are carefully packaged to ensure their protection.
• ✔ Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Upon receiving the order, the customer must indicate on the delivery note:

• ✔ The condition in which the parcel arrives (correct, damaged, tampered with, wet, knocked, etc.)
• ✔ Whether or not the contents of the parcel are inspected at the time of delivery

This information is essential for processing claims with the transport company.

📅 Return period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return*.

📦 Product conditions for return

The item must be:

• ✔Unused
• ✔Undamaged
• ✔In its original packaging
• ✔With all accessories, manuals or labels

💰 Return costs

• ✔ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• ✔ If the product arrived defective or there was an error on the part of Shunfa Decoración, we cover the costs and manage the exchange or refund at no charge.

💵 Refunds

We process the refund within 3–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• ✔ No returns due to transport companies not insuring this type of fragile material.
• ✔ It is mandatory to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery and record this on the delivery note.

• ✔ No exchange or return.
• ✔ Cannot be shipped together with items that may break them.
• ✔ If an order mixes acrylics with incompatible products, we will contact the customer to reorganise the shipment or apply an additional cost for an extra parcel.
